Cannabidiol (CBD) is a natural compound that comes from the leaves, flowers and stalks of hemp or marijuana cannabis. It is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in cannabis sativa plants.

Hemp Flower CBD and marijuana are both members of the Cannabis family. They both originate from the same plant species – Cannabis sativa L. This species contains different spectrums of cannabinoid concentrations, including many different compositions of THC and CBD. THC and CBD are the most common of the cannabinoids, but there is a crucial difference between the two.

This difference is the amount of psychoactive Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) each plant produces. While marijuana can contain up to 30% THC, hemp is defined legally as a cannabis plant containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC. The total amount of delta 9 THC determines the difference between federally legal CBD buds and high CBD marijuana.

Hemp Flower is high in CBD and CBDA which is a naturally occurring cannabinoid and one of the most abundant cannabinoids found in hemp. Hemp Flower is non-psychoactive and will not give you a “high” feeling. Hemp Flower is also safe to consume and due to its non-psychoactive attributes, has long been looked to for its many benefits for human health and wellness.

Unlike marijuana, which has a high THC and does get you high, Hemp Flower has many of same the amazing benefits without the psychoactive experience. Whether you inhale or ingest Hemp Flower, you may rest assured you will not feel high. Rather, Hemp Flower is known for its many amazing health attributes such as the potential to treat anxiety, depression, inflammation, and is used as a pain reliever without the adverse side effects that prescription medication can bring.

The effects and results vary for each and every individual depending on weight, height, tolerance levels, and the amount of CBD taken. Since there are no intoxicating ingredients with CBD, there is no “high” effect. It’s best to start with small amounts, and gradually increase dosage until desired results are reached.

According to the 2018 Farm Bill, industrial hemp is completely federally legal, however, every state has its own laws and unfortunately, there are a few states that have a ban on smokable products. While this is unfortunate, the laws are changing at a rapid pace. It is highly recommended to check with the governing authority in your state before purchasing or using any hemp products.

Full spectrum CBD products are made from hemp through a whole plant extraction process. They contain all of the naturally occurring cannabinoids including up to or less than (0.3% THC), plant terpenes, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and plant proteins from the original hemp source. In order to maintain the label full spectrum all of these elements and cannabinoids must be present. All of these compounds work together synergistically interacting with your endocannabinoid system creating what is known as the “Entourage Effect” bringing you the maximum health benefits possible from our CBD products.

Yes! Even though hemp-based products are manufactured from hemp plants with less than 0.3% THC, there are still trace amounts. There is a small chance that consuming CBD can lead to a positive drug test for THC

Yes we can! Industrial hemp is considered a federal commodity and due to its federally legal status it can be mailed throughout of the United States, with the exception of a few states that have banned smokable products.
